The invention belongs to the technical field of pig molecular marker screening, and in particular, relates to an InDel molecular marker related to a pig sexual mature period trait. By integrating an NCBI database and re-sequencing data of 469 pigs containing 58 breeds and published by the European Institute of biological information, pig reference genome sequences are compared to obtain genotypingdata, and the InDel molecular marker related to the pig sexual mature period trait is obtained; the molecular marker is a deletion occurring at 94356743 bp on a pig chromosome 15, and an original AGis deleted into C. When an individual genotype is AA, the individual is beneficial to having longer sexual mature period. The invention discloses a method for screening the molecular marker related tothe pig sexual mature period trait and an application of the molecular marker in correlation analysis, and provides the new InDel molecular marker for marker assisted selection of the pig sexual mature period.
