本发明涉及脱乙酰壳多糖衍生物的制备技术领域，具体涉及一种低分子量羧甲基脱乙酰壳多糖的制备方法。采用芽孢杆菌（Bacillus sp.）10066所产生的壳聚糖酶制备低分子量脱乙酰壳多糖，再对低分子量脱乙酰壳多糖衍生化制备低分子量羧甲基脱乙酰壳多糖。本发明提供了低分子量羧甲基脱乙酰壳多糖的制备方法。

The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of deacetylated chitin derivatives, and in particular, relates to a preparation method of low-molecular-weight carboxymethyl deacetylated chitin. Chitosanase produced by bacillus sp. 10066 is used for preparing low-molecular-weight deacetylated chitin, and then the low-molecular-weight carboxymethyl deacetylated chitin is prepared by derivatization of the low-molecular-weight deacetylated chitin. The invention provides the preparation method of low-molecular-weight carboxymethyl deacetylated chitin.
