The invention discloses a wireless communication interference source positioning method based on measurement radiation power. A realization process of the method is as follows: (1) acquiring sensing data in a target region with an interference source; (2) constructing a path loss matrix through the sensing data; (3) computing radiation power at multiple locations on the target region ground according to the sensing data and the path loss matrix, thereby determining the radiation source location and the radiation power; and (4) positioning the wireless communication interference source. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for a wireless communication environment in which the frequency equipment is in mutual interference, the electromagnetic radiation interference source in thetarget region with interference can be quickly positioned, and the positioning precision and positioning efficiency are improved.
