An LNG tank car is in communication with an LNG storage tank through an LNG loading and unloading arm and an unloading line, and the LNG tank car is also in communication with a low-temperature natural gas making station through the low-temperature natural gas inlet line; the low-temperature natural gas making station includes a high-pressure natural gas inlet pipe, a desuperheating LNG pipe, a desuperheater and a liquid separating tank; the high-pressure natural gas inlet pipe and the desuperheating LNG pipeare respectively connected to the desuperheater, high-pressure natural gas is subjected to LNG spraying for cooling in the desuperheater, the outlet pipe of the desuperheater is in communication withthe liquid separating tank, and the gas phase outlet of the liquid separating tank communicates with the LNG tank car through the low-temperature natural gas inlet line. According to the novel quick-starting liquefied natural gas unloading system, after natural gas is cooled, transmitted to the LNG tank car, and subjected to supercharging unloading, running is stable and operation and maintenanceis simple and convenient, at the same time, the running safety is fundamentally improved, the investment and the operation cost are saved, and unloading efficiency is greatly improved.
