The invention discloses a disinfection bactericidal agent suitable for tableware disinfection. The agent comprises, by mass, 4-8 parts of stearyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, 2-6 parts of glycerylmonoricinoleate, 1-5 parts of sodium chloride, 1-1.5 parts of hexapolyglycerol monooctanoate, 1.5-2 parts of decaglyceryl palmitate, 40-80 parts of water, and 20-40 parts of ethanol. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the disinfection bactericidal agent suitable for the tableware disinfection. In the disinfection bactericidal agent of the invention, the glyceryl monoricinoleate and the stearyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride act synergistically as main active ingredients, which has a good killing rate for pathogenic bacteria on the surface of tableware. The hexapolyglycerol monooctanoate has good water solubility, and improves the dispersibility and stability of the components in the solution after being compounded with the decaglyceryl palmitate, thereby further enhancingthe sterilization performance of the disinfection bactericidal agent.
