本发明涉及一种用于纤维编织材料耐火涂层的制备方法，属于耐火涂层加工技术领域。本发明所述方法以铝盐或硅酸盐、PEG以及水的混合溶液作为电解质溶液，采用液相等离子电解法在纤维编织材料表面上制备Al2O3或SiO2耐火涂层，该方法操作简单、工序周期短、成本低，而且所制备的Al2O3或SiO2耐火涂层能起到很好地隔热效果，适用于加工柔性纤维编织材料以及易于实现小工业化生产。

The invention relates to a preparing method for a fiber weaving material fireproof coating, and belongs to the technical field of fireproof coating machining. According to the method, a mixed solutionof aluminum salt or silicate, PEG and water serves as an electrolyte solution, and a liquid phase plasma electrolysis method is adopted for preparing an Al2O3 or SiO2 fireproof coating on the surfaceof the fiber weaving material. The method is simple in operation, the procedure period is short, cost is low, the prepared Al2O3 or SiO2 fireproof coating can have a good heat isolation effect, the preparing method is suitable for processing flexible fiber weaving materials, and small industry production is easily achieved.
