When an oil well goes into operation, the oil-soluble blocking agent can automatically be dissolvedin crude oil, and can be discharged along with the crude oil, the permeability of the stratum is recovered, the capacity of an oil reservoir is improved, and the oil-soluble blocking agent is harmless to the environment and bodies of workers, and fits with a future development trend of blocking agents of the oil well.
