The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation technology of inorganic nanomaterials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing monodispersed ferroferric oxide magnetic nanoparticles. The method comprises steps of firstly fully dissolving ferric acetylacetonate, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate and sodium acetate trihydrate in a mixed alcohol solution, conducting solvothermal reaction, ultrasonic washing and magnetic separation, and then conducting vacuum drying to obtain the target product. The monodispersed ferroferric oxide magnetic nanoparticles prepared by the invention are pellets with very uniform size, very narrow distribution of granularity and normal distribution of particle diameter showing 90% particles distributed within 25 +/-5 nm. The ferroferric oxide particles have high density of surface charges, a carboxyl modified surface, good dispersibility of an aqueous solution and wide application in a research field of magnetic separation and enrichment and recovery technology.
