The invention belongs to the technical field of laser application and electronic printing, and provides a method for making a conductive pattern through laser-induced reverse transfer under gas protection. As a laser irradiates a target through a transparent substrate, plasma plumes are formed by sputtering from the target surface due to interaction between the laser and the target, and plasma istransferred to the transparent substrate and deposited. Different protective gases are used for protection, an air environment is effectively insulated, it is ensured that the composition of a targetmaterial does not change in the transfer process, so that a conductive layer on glass has the composition highly consistent with the composition of the target material, the conductive pattern is deposited on the glass substrate by using the laser-induced reverse transfer method, and the protection gases are blown to a laser etching area. The method is low in cost, masking is not required, the process is simple, and the high-precision and high-quality conductive pattern can be formed rapidly in an atmospheric environment. The method can be used for preparation of a conductive film and a precision circuit.
