The invention discloses a combined control device for groundwater mining amount and groundwater level in a well irrigation area. The combined control device comprises a water level monitoring device,a water pumping well pipe and a water quantity monitoring device, wherein the water level monitoring device is arranged at one side of the water pumping well pipe, the water quantity monitoring deviceis arranged on a pipe wall of the top of the water pumping well pipe, the water pumping well pipe is provided with a water outlet at one end close to the water quantity monitoring device, an electromagnetic control valve is arranged at one side, close to the water outlet, of the water quantity monitoring device, and the electromagnetic control valve is arranged on the pipe wall of the water pumping well pipe. The invention achieves the beneficial effects that the combined control device for the groundwater mining amount and groundwater level in the well irrigation area is especially applicable to a liquid-solid two phase fluid, such as high-salinity water and muddy water, of solid particles as a measurement channel is a smooth straight pipe and can not be blocked; no pressure loss is produced, and energy-saving effect is good; the combined control device is not influenced by humidity, density, viscosity, pressure and electrical conductivity change of the fluid; and a flow range is large, and a caliber range is wide.
