本发明是一种新能源技术，利用势能和浮力互相转换，带动发电机发电的一种设备。是利用4个缸体，两个一组，用钢丝绳联接，当工作时，一组吊缸其中的一个靠自重下降，另一个排空缸内的水，拉动上浮。另一组蓄能等待作功。这样轮换作功，使发电机不停地工作。

The invention relates to a new energy technology and provides equipment which is used for driving a generator to generate electricity by virtue of mutual conversion of potential energy and buoyancy force. Four cylinder bodies are utilized; every two cylinder bodies form one group and are connected by using a steel cable; when the equipment works, one of one group of lifting cylinders moves down byvirtue of the gravity; and water inside the other lifting cylinder is drained so that the cylinder is pulled to float upward. The other group of lifting cylinders store energy for later work, so thelifting cylinders work alternately in this way to make the generator work ceaselessly.
