The surface control method comprises the following steps that a steel blank undergoeshot rolling curling, cold rolling and zinc plating, in the zinc plating process, the dew point temperature in a furnace is controlled to be -25 DEG C to -35 DEG C, before the dual-phase steel is produced, humidifying of a furnace nose is stopped, and the volume content of hydrogen in the atmosphere in the furnace is adjusted to be 1% to 3%. By controlling the dew point condition of the furnace region, the humidifying state of the furnace nose, the atmosphere in the furnace and the like, the direction is indicated for solving of the problem of fluctuation of a zinc layer of the cold-rolled zinc-plated dual-phase high-strength steel, the problem of the fluctuation defect of the zinc layer of the zinc-plated dual-phase high-strength steel is well solved, the product quality is effectively improved, and considerable economic benefits are brought.
