The invention relates to a three-wheel rope winder, which comprises a driving unit and a rope winding unit. The driving unit is provided with two spring coiling wheels which are meshed with each otherand a coil spring connecting the two spring coiling wheels. The rope winding unit is provided with a rope winding wheel and two lifting transmission ropes. The rope winding wheel is meshed with one spring coiling wheel thereof, such that the rope winding wheel can synchronously rotate along with the two spring coiling wheels. In addition, the rope winding wheel is provided with a rotating shaft and the rotating shaft is provided with an upper shaft part, a lower shaft part and a separation part for connecting the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part. The two lifting transmission ropes are respectively arranged on the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part of the rotating shaft, such that the two lifting transmission ropes can be wound to the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part of the rotating shaft or released from the upper shaft part and the lower shaft part of the rotating shaft by utilizing rotation of the rope winding wheel. By doing this, the three-wheel rope winder of the invention can achieve the effect of simplifying the structure without affecting the transmission effect.
