The invention provides a battery acquisition fixing device and a battery charge-discharge voltage acquisition device. The battery acquisition fixing device includes: a first clamping portion; a secondclamping portion, wherein the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are rotatably connected to each other; and at least three clamping pieces, wherein at least one clamping piece isconnected to the first clamping portion, at least two clamping pieces are connected to the second clamping portion, and the clamping pieces disposed on the first clamping portion or the second clamping portion are spaced apart from each other. The battery acquisition fixing device solves the problem that a battery acquisition fixing device in the prior art is unstable to fix and likely to fall offwhen acquiring the positive and negative poles of a battery.
