According to the process for producing 600MPa-grade TRIPsteel through acid rolling of the embodiment, the process is characterized by taking hot-rolled coils as raw materials, successively carrying out processes of uncoiling, welding, stretching and straightening, acid washing, rolling and heat treatment on the hot-rolled coils to obtain 600MPa-grade TRIP steel. In the process of acid washing, the acid washing temperature is 74-80 DEG C, and the acid washing speed is 50-150m/min; and in the process of rolling, a five-roll machine F1-F5 is used for carrying out cold continuous rolling; and the entrance velocity of the five-roll machine F1-F5 is 70-220m/min.
