The invention provides a yellow reactive dye composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The yellow reactive dye composition is prepared from a component X represented by the formula(I), a component Y represented by the formula (II) and an optional auxiliary agent. High color-fixing rate and excellent color fastness such as rubbing resistance, washing resistance and perspirationresistance are achieved, and good refrigerating performance and high solubility are achieved.
