The invention relates to a comprehensive utilization method of wastewater containing zinc. According to the comprehensive utilization method, the situation that sodium ions exist in original wastewater containing zinc, and cannot be recycled and utilized, a zinc salt obtained by concentration can only serve as hazardous solid waste is avoided. Firstly, an alkali compound containing the zinc is used for replacing alkali compounds such as sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, and conducting a neutralization reaction on acid water containing the zinc, and thus the wastewater containing the zincdoes not contain the sodium ions; on the basis, one or more extraction agents are selected, and organic matter in the wastewater containing the zinc is removed through multistage extraction (the extraction agent is applied through recycling); and a water solution containing the zinc after extraction is concentrated and refined, the extraction agents are further recycled, part of water is removed,the concentrated water solution containing the zinc (40% or above) is obtained, most of the water solution containing the zinc can be directly applied in the original reaction, residual organic matteris further removed by small part of the water solution containing the zinc through an adsorption agent, the standard of a zinc chloride water solution is achieved, and the solution serves as a product to be sold out.
