The invention discloses an anisotropic heat transfer material, which includes a heat conducting member. A heating body is arranged at one end of the heat conducting member, and a heat dissipating shell is arranged at the other end. The heat conducting member fits the heating body and the heat dissipating shell. The heat conducting member is a thin-skinned heat conducting member and is composed ofa heat conducting soft material and a superconducting material. The upper and lower ends of the superconducting material fit and wrap the heat conducting soft material. The heat on the heating body can be transferred to the heat dissipating shell through the heat conducting member. The heat conducting member is a soft material and the shape thereof can be changed arbitrarily, so that a bent circuit can be arranged inside electronic components, the requirement for parallel arrangement of a heating element, a heat dissipating module and the heat dissipating shell does not need to be ensured, andthe space for the design and development of electronic components is enlarged.
