The invention relates to the field of power grid maintenance tools, in particular to an elbow-shaped cable detacher of a head screw type, and the detacher comprises a screw rod; a fixing assembly connected with one end of the screw rod; a driving part connected with the other end of the screw rod and driving the screw rod to rotate; and a supporting assembly which is in threaded connection with the screw rod and fixed to a box body. The fixing assembly comprises two circular ring buckles which are perpendicular to each other, namely a vertical circular ring buckle, a horizontal circular ring buckle and a mounting plate for connecting the circular ring buckles and the screw rod. An elbow-shaped cable head is stressed at two positions through the vertical circular ring buckle and the horizontal circular ring buckle, so that the elbow-shaped cable head is prevented from being damaged due to single stress in the pulling-out process; by arranging the equilateral triangle-shaped mounting plate, the elbow-shaped cable head is stressed more uniformly, and the damage to the elbow-shaped cable head is reduced; the protection of the elbow-shaped cable head is enhanced, and the pull-out efficiency is improved.
