The invention provides a transmission system of a tobacco stalk pulling crusher. The system comprises a tractor power transmission shaft, wherein one end of the tractor power transmission shaft is intransmission connection with an engine of the tractor; the other end of the tractor power transmission shaft is in transmission connection with a main transmission shaft of a transfer case through a universal joint; the transfer case comprises two power output shafts of a first partial transmission shaft and a second partial transmission shaft; and the first partial transmission shaft and the second partial transmission shaft are respectively in transmission connection with a driving sprocket of a straw pulling system and a driving sprocket of a tobacco stalk conveying system. The system aimsto solve the problems that the three systems of the tobacco stalk pulling crusher, namely the stalk pulling, conveying and crushing, are respectively driven by a front tractor or have other independent driving machines, so that the whole machine is overstaffed and overweight, has a complex structure and is difficult to maintain.
