The invention relates to a dynamic fluid tracking determining method for a chemical displacement oil reservoir. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a target area and related parameters are determined; 2) the target area is divided into blocks of different seepage rules, including advantageous and disadvantageous channel blocks; 3) fluid shutting and displacement formulas for differentareas are determined; 4) a theoretical-practical calculation relation in the target area is established; and 5) the fluid in the rock core is dynamically tracked. The method can be used to predict flowing positions of the injected fluid in the oil reservoir at different time, and provide guide for further construction including profile control and water shut off.
