The invention discloses a self-lubricating hydrophobic silicone-acrylic emulsion. The self-lubricating hydrophobic silicone-acrylic emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of mixed monomers, 1.0-6.0 parts of a hydrophobic lubricant, 1.0-4.0 parts of a functional monomer, 0.5-3.0 parts of a coupling monomer, 0.2-1 part of a cross-linking aid, 2-4 parts of an emulsifier, 1.0-3.0 parts of a co-emulsifier, 0.75-2 parts of an initiator, 0.5-3 parts of a pH buffering agent and 90-180 parts of water, wherein the mixed monomer includes a hard monomer and a soft monomer, the hard monomer is at least one selected form the group consisting of styrene and methyl methacrylate, and the soft monomer is at least one selected form the group consisting of butyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate, and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate. In addition, the invention provides a waterborne anti-fouling coating including the self-lubricating hydrophobic silicone-acrylic emulsion. The self-lubricating hydrophobic silicone-acrylic emulsion of the invention has a core-shell structure, which facilitates uniform distribution and rapid release of the hydrophobic lubricant; and the waterborne anti-fouling of the invention has good mechanical properties and anti-fouling properties, small sliding angle on water and good self-cleaning performance.
