The invention discloses an establishment method of a nutrition bowl system of an orobanche cernua loefling parasitized tomato. The method includes the steps: (1) culture soil preparation; (2) orobanche cernua loefling seed collection and purification; (3) inoculation soil preparation; (4) orobanche cernua loefling inoculation; (5) management after seedling emergence; (6) investigation of orobanchecernua loefling parasitized number and nodulation number generated by tomato root systems. According to the method, the nutrition bowl system of the orobanche cernua loefling parasitized tomato is established and optimized under the indoor conditions, the resistance level of different tomato breeding materials for orobanche cernua loefling can be rapidly and accurately identified, single physiological strains of the orobanche cernua loefling can be quantitatively inoculated by the aid of the nutrition bowl system under the indoor conditions, so that the resistance level of tomatoes for the orobanche cernua loefling is rapidly and accurately identified, and the breeding process of a novel tomato variety resisting the orobanche cernua loefling can be accelerated.
