The invention discloses an ice hole reaming device suitable for thick ice environment, and belongs to the technical field of engineering equipment. The hole reaming device includes a drill rod joint,a drill rod, cutter fixing blocks, hole reaming cutter heads and a drilling guide cylinder. The drill rod joint is fixed to one end of the drill rod. The other end of the drill rod is axially fixed inthe drilling guide cylinder through a connecting piece. The multiple cutter fixing blocks are uniformly fixed to the outer wall of the drilling guide cylinder along a circumference direction. The hole reaming cutter heads are fixed to the cutter fixing blocks. The hole reaming device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and convenient carrying.
