The one-bath one-step dyeing method for a cotton/polyamide 56 fiber blended fabric by reactive dye and acidic or neutral dye comprises the following steps: dyeing the cotton/polyamide 56 fiber blended fabric with the reactive dye and acidic or neutraldye. Polyamide 56 is a bio-based fiber with an acid dye having low temperature dyeing characteristics at 60-80 DEG C. The dyeing temperature of the medium-temperature reactive dye is 60-70 DEG C, thedyeing temperature of the medium-temperature reactive dye is consistent with that of the polyamide 56 acidic dye, when the cotton/polyamide 56 fiber blended fabric is dyed with the reactive dye and the acidic dye or the neutral dye by a one-bath method, the whole dyeing process is kept at a constant temperature, and the polyamide component on the acidic dye or the neutral dye does not need to be dyed by increasing the temperature, so that the production energy consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
