The control system comprises a powder raw material bin group, a light raw material bin group and an assistant raw material bin group, wherein all raw material bins in the powder raw material bin group are connected with a powder mixing bin through corresponding precise proportional valves; all raw material bins in the light raw material bin group are connected with a light material mixing bin through corresponding precise proportional valves; all raw material bins in the assistant raw material bin group are connected with an assistant mixing bin through corresponding precise proportional valves; the powder mixing bin, the light material mixingbin and the assistant mixing bin are all connected with an autoclave; a steam inlet in the side of the autoclave is connected with a steam outlet of a boiler; a steam outlet in the top of the autoclave is connected with a steam inlet of the boiler through a waste heat recovering device; a material outlet of the autoclave is connected with a material collecting device; and all the precise proportional valves are controlled by a PLC controller.
