The invention provides an electrothermal integrated energy system wind power consumption method based on heat network heat storage characteristics and device, which relate to the technical field of wind power consumption. The above method comprises steps: pipeline parameters and user heat load requirements are acquired, and based on the pipeline parameters and heat exchange station parameters, a primary heat network transmission dynamic model and a heat network node and heat exchange station model are constructed; and the constraints of optimal scheduling are established, based on the constraints and an objective function, the power electrical load demand and the wind power prediction power are acquired, and based on the primary heat network transmission dynamic model and the heat networknode and heat exchange station model, the objective function solution meeting the constraints is solved. Through the method and the device provided in the invention, the heat storage capacity of the heat network can be used to relieve part of the thermoelectric coupling constraint of the cogeneration, the wind power consumption capability is thus enhanced, and the consumption capacity of the system can be enhanced without additional purchasing and investment.
