本公开涉及VdSCP27蛋白在提高植物抗性和/或诱导植物防御反应中的应用。本公开将VdSCP27蛋白用于提高植物抗性和诱导植物防御反应时，诱导ROS爆发和胼胝质沉积等免疫反应的效率较高，植物抗性提高和防御反应诱导效果明显。本公开为提高植物抗性和诱导植物防御反应提供了新的途径，在农业生产上具有广阔的应用前景。

The invention relates to an application of VdSCP27 protein to increasing plant resistance and/or inducing a defense reaction of plants. When the VdSCP27 protein is used for increasing the plant resistance and inducing the defense reaction of the plants, the efficiency of inducing immune reactions of ROS outbreak, callose deposition and the like is high, and the effects of increasing the plant resistance and inducing the defense reaction are obvious. A new way is provided for increasing the plant resistance and inducing the defense reaction of the plants, and has great application prospect in agricultural production.
