The invention relates to the field of power network maintenance tools, in particular to a wrapping removal tool for an elbow cable head. The wrapping removal tool comprises a fixing component sleevingthe elbow cable head, wherein the fixing component comprises two vertical ring buckles which are a vertical ring buckle and a horizontal ring buckle separately; the vertical ring buckle and the horizontal ring buckle are arranged on a mounting plate through connecting rods; and a pull rod is arranged on the end surface, far away from the connecting rods, of the mounting plate. Two parts of the elbow cable head are stressed through the vertical ring buckle and the horizontal ring buckle, so that the damage to the elbow cable head due to single stress in the pull-out process is avoided; throughthe arrangement of the mounting plate in a form of an equilateral triangle, the stress on the elbow cable head is more uniform and the damage to the elbow cable head is reduced; protection on the elbow cable head is strengthened; and the pull-out efficiency is improved.
