The invention discloses a resident power consumer real-time off-peak transaction method based on an Internet platform. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a response target group of aregional power grid demand side; formulating a dynamic invitation mechanism according to the real-time peak clipping demand of the power grid, and sending the invitation mechanism to the response target group; and exciting the response target group according to the peak clipping feedback of the response target group. According to the method, a real-time invitation transaction mode is adopted to guide resident users to shift peaks, so that the load peak-valley difference is reduced, the peak regulation pressure of a power grid is relieved, and the network loss is reduced.
