The invention discloses a building deformation and blasting vibration monitoring system and method based on a millimeter-wave radar. The building deformation and blasting vibration monitoring system based on the millimeter-wave radar comprises the millimeter-wave radar, radar beacons, a data acquisition terminal, and a remote monitoring platform; the millimeter-wave radar is arranged on the measurement base point; each radar beacon is an electronic beacon that cooperates with the millimeter-wave radar to reflect an electromagnetic signal; each radar beacon is set on a point to be monitored ofa building within the monitoring range of the radar beam coverage of the millimeter-wave radar; the data acquisition terminal is connected with the millimeter-wave radar in a communication manner, andthe data acquisition terminal collects a monitoring data of the millimeter-wave radar; the remote monitoring platform is connected with the data collection terminal in a communication manner, and theremote monitoring platform analyzes the monitoring data acquired by the data collection terminal to obtain the deformation and blasting vibration information of the building corresponding to the corresponding point to be measured. According to the invention, the radar beacons are arranged on the adjacent buildings of the tunnel construction affected area; therefore, the purpose of high-precisionall-weather real-time monitoring of the deformation and vibration speed of the building is realized by using the millimeter-wave radar phase interferometry technique.
