The invention discloses a novel application of a composition of mistletoe and centella extract in preparing a drug for promoting proliferation of ovarian granular cells to further adjust ovarian dysfunction. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory and pathogenesis of ovarian dysfunction and hypotrophy of ovarian granular cells, the novel application of combining composition of mistletoe and centella extract in treating ovarian dysfunction and promoting proliferation of ovarian granular cells is developed through a lot of pharmacology experiments by making full use of traditional Chinese medicine resources, and the weight proportion of mistletoe and centella in the composition of the mistletoe and centella extract with the highest activity is screened through a lot of experiments. Compared with single use of mistletoe extract and centella extract, the mistletoe extract and centella extract are combined to play a better role to proliferation of ovarian granular cells and have higher activity to adjust ovarian dysfunction. The mistletoe extract and centella extract have a synergistic effect. A product prepared by combining the mistletoe extract and centella extract to treat ovarian dysfunction and promote proliferation of ovarian granular cells has the advantages of being good in curative effect, small in side effect, convenient to use and the like.
