By arranging the switching device, when the functional parts stretch out of the corresponding functional through hole, the gate can be opened, and normal work of the functional parts is not affected; and after the functional parts draw back into the cutterhead frame, the gate can be controlled through the gate driving piece to seal the functional through holes so as to achieve the normal pressure in the cutterhead frame, the construction safety of workers can be improved, and the construction risk is lowered.
