The invention discloses an energy management control system suitable for a parallel-connection fuel cell power supply system. In a control system of a fuel cell super capacitor parallel-connection power supply system at present, because the fuel cell is directly connected to the direct-current bus, the direct-current voltage is not constant, the direct-current load with a high direct-current voltage steady-state precision requirement cannot be directly connected, the output power of the fuel cell is not directly controlled, and the service life of the fuel cell is not prolonged. The energy management control system comprises a unidirectional power converter control circuit of a fuel cell and a bidirectional power converter control circuit of a super capacitor. The unidirectional power converter and the bidirectional power converter are connected in parallel. In the bidirectional power converter control circuit, the purpose of stablizing the bus voltage is taken and a double-loop control mode of taking two feedback signals of bus voltage and inductive current is adopted. The unidirectional power converter control circuit aims to adjust the voltage of the super capacitor, and also adopts double-loop control. The direct access of the high-precision direct current load is facilitated.
