The invention discloses a method for synthesizing cubic phase ordered ultra-microporous silica. The method comprises: at a certain temperature, adding a templating agent into deionized water, adding acertain amount of an alkali source, adding a certain amount of a silicon source in a dropwise manner under stirring after the templating agent is completely dissolved, standing for a certain time, transferred into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, carrying out standing crystallization at a certain temperature, carrying out suction filtration after the crystallization at a specific time, washing, drying to obtain ultra-microporous silica precursor powder, and calcining to obtain the cubic phase ordered ultra-microporous silica molecular sieve, wherein the templating agent is N-dehydroabietyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-hydroxyethyl ammonium bromide derived from natural rosin, and has characteristics of rich raw material source and low price. According to the present invention, the prepared ordered ultra-microporous silica has characteristics of cubic phase (Ia3d) structure, large specific surface area, high pore volume and narrow pore size distribution; and the preparation method has characteristicsof simple synthesis process and low production cost, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
