The invention belongs to the technical field of chemistry and chemical industry, and discloses a micromixer for dispersing droplets or bubbles in high-viscosity fluid. The micromixer forms droplets orbubbles through triangular micro-hole arrays symmetrically arranged on the two sides of an internal mixing channel, and further breaks the droplets and the bubbles by using a plate type fluid partition channel arranged on the downstream of the mixing channel so as to realize the mixing of efficient liquid-liquid or gas-liquid. Aiming at the characteristics of large flow resistance of the high-viscosity fluid, the micromixer optimizes a fluid mechanics layout by regulating a micro-structure so as to reduce the pressure drop of the mixing equipment, and is suitable for a mixing system with a viscosity less than 500 mPa.s.
