A switch trolley is provided with a screwrod and a chassis in threaded connection with the screw rod at the bottom, and the end of the screw rod is a first square boss. The shaking device is characterized by comprising a transfer sleeve, a transfer block, a motor, a connecting pipe, a locking device and a manual turntable, wherein the transfer sleeve has a square through slot in the middle, the first square boss is inserted into one endof the square through slot, one end of the transfer block is inserted into the other end of the square through slot, the driving end of the motor is fixedly connected with the other end of the transfer block, the motor is fixedly arranged in the connecting pipe, the locking device is fixedly arranged on the ground and is connected with the connecting pipe to limit the rotation of the connecting pipe, and the manual turntable is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting pipe away from the switch trolley. The invention provides a shaking device suitable for 10kV switch trolleys in substations, which avoids the safety risk caused by too long contact time of moving and static joints.
