The present invention discloses a drug composition for preventing and treating anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury, and an application thereof. The drug composition comprises a radix scutellariae extract and a fructus schizandrae extract as effective drug ingredients and also comprises auxiliary additive ingredients which are acceptable in drugs; the effective drug ingredients of the radixscutellariae extract and fructus schizandrae extract has a ratio of 1/(0.5-1.0) in terms of parts by weight of raw materials crude drugs of radix scutellariae and fructus schizandrae for extraction.The drug composition can be used for preventing and treating the anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury. The fructus schizandrae extract and the radix scutellariae extract are used to be appliedin the anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury, and the drug composition achieves a remarkable preventing and treating effect, and has the preventing and treating effect obviously superior to western drugs of bicyclol and silybin on the market.
