The invention discloses an alloy of high-compatibility nylon 1012 and nylon 6 and a preparation method of the alloy. In the polymerization process of long carbon chain nylon, molecules of a compatilizer compatible with short-chain nylon are introduced to a polyamide molecule structure, and then molecule assembling of molecules of the long carbon chain nylon and the compatilizer is achieved. According to the alloy, a diisocyanate group is adopted as a bridge, modes of polymerization modification and double-screw rod extrusion are adopted, molecule compatibility of the long carbon chain nylon 1012 and the nylon 6 is achieved, and the problem of compatibility of the long carbon chain nylon 1012 and the nylon 6 is substantially solved; and on premise that toughness use requirements are met, the rigidity of the alloy is improved, the production cost of the alloy is reduced, and the application competitiveness of the alloy in the market is improved.
