The invention relates to a method of synthesizing oxidized polyethylene wax continuously. By taking a microchannel reactor or a packing tower as a reactor, oxidative gas and polyethylene wax are in contact on the surface of packing to react, so that oxidized polyethylene wax is obtained. A production process is carried out continuously, the degree of automation is high, the labor intensity is low,the quality of a product is stable and the acid value can be adjusted. The oxidative gas is air, oxygen or oxygen-enriching air. The polyethylene wax can be dissolved in a solvent or can be added into the microchannel reactor or the packing tower in a melted state. By means of the production technique, oxidized polyethylene wax, which has an acid value of 5-40 mgKOH/g and is relatively light in color, can be obtained.
