The invention provides a method for co-processing shoe material leftovers in a cement kiln. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that S1, the shoe material leftovers are pretreated; S2, the shoe material leftovers are put into the cement kiln, which involves feeding at a blending end and feeding at the kiln tail; feeding at the kiln tail comprises the steps that the pretreated shoe material leftovers are transported into a storage bin and fed into a metering device through an elevator, and enter a decomposing furnace under the action of a plunger pump through a conveying pipeline after being treated by the metering device, and the flue gas generated in the decomposing furnace enters a flue chamber through a flue channel, and then is further fed into a rotary kiln for further decomposition. The method for co-processing the shoe material leftovers in the cement kiln has the advantages that the shoe material leftovers are recycled and applied to the cement production, so that not only is secondary utilization of resources achieved, but also the content of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas is low, and no dioxin pollutant isgenerated.
