The PECVD process chamber bye-pass device comprises a container body 10, wherein a sealing cover 12 is arranged on the upper part of the container body 10, an air inlet 121 and an air outlet 122 are formed in the sealing cover 12, a liquid 11 is contained in the container body 10, the air inlet 121 is connected with an air inlet pipe 20, and the air outlet 122 is connected with the air outlet 121.
