The invention discloses an electric device metal corrosion simulation monitoring device based on multi-environmental factor coupling. The device comprises a monitoring box body, a corrosion sample rack arranged in the monitoring box body and is used for accommodating tested metal parts, an electric field simulating component which is arranged on the top of the monitoring box body and is used for forming a preset electric field environment therein, an illumination simulating component which is arranged on the inner wall of the monitoring box body and is used for forming a preset illumination environment therein, a temperature and humidity control component which is arranged on the inner wall of the monitoring box body and is used for controlling the temperature and humidity therein, an atmospheric simulation component which is arranged on the inner wall of the monitoring box body and is used for injecting predetermined pollutant gas into the monitoring box body, and an electrochemical electrode sheet which is attached to each tested metal part, is in signal-connection with an electrochemical workstation, and is used for monitoring corrosion of the surface of each tested metal part.According to the invention, the device can closely fit the corrosion condition factors of the metal material of an electric device in the natural environment, and the reliability of the test result ofthe corrosion test of the metal material of the electric device is improved.
