The invention discloses a stain-resistant latex paint. The latex paint comprises, by weight, an acrylic emulsion, ferroferric oxide-supported graphene oxide, deionized water, an antifoaming agent, a dispersant, polyvinyl alcohol, talcum powder, titanium dioxide and a film forming aid. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the stain-resistant latex paint. The preparation method concretely comprises the following steps: S1, the polyvinyl alcohol is added into a reaction kettle according to the weight component proportion, is heated to 100 DEG C, is stirred and melted, and then iscooled to room temperature; and S2, the obtained reaction system is heated, stirred and reacted to obtain the stain-resistant latex paint. The stain-resistant latex paint is applied in a coating manner, and a surface coated with the latex paint is smooth and has strong oil stain resistance.
