The invention puts forward a hot-pressing die, a curved glass hot-press molding method and application thereof. The hot-pressing die comprises a convex die and a concave die. The convex die is provided with a lug boss, which comprises a first plane portion and a first curved portion. The concave die is provided with a concave part, which cooperates with the lug boss. The concave part comprises a second plane portion and a second curved portion. The first curved portion is provided with multiple air-vents. By arranging the multiple air-vents on the curved portion of the lug boss of the convex die, high pressure gas can be introduced through the convex die in the hot-press molding process of plane glass. Thereby, softened glass is attached to the surface of the concave die, and it is furthergood for demoulding of wide-angle curved glass.
