The invention relates to a medical head support comprising a head support portion and a bracket portion. The bracket portion is a bottom-opening frame and connected to both sides of an operating bed through a connecting member. A crosshead slider is arranged between the head support portion and the bracket portion. The head support portion is interconnected with the bracket portion through the crosshead slider. The crosshead slider is internally provided with a lateral sliding hole and a longitudinal sliding hole that do not cross each other. The bracket portion is interspersed in the lateralsliding hole and an end arm on the head support portion is interspersed in the longitudinal sliding hole. The medical head support is mainly directed to a patient requiring a craniocerebral operationin a sitting posture. The head support is fixed and limited by the bracket, so that the head of the patient undergoing the operation in a sitting posture are subject to fixation and support, and the redesign of easily detachable parts on the head support ensures stability of the operation procedure.
