本发明公开了一种电力电缆局部放电带电检测装置及方法，保证电力运输安全、稳定。该装置包括检测单元、采集单元、通信终端和信号处理主机；所述检测单元，用于对电缆内部局放信号进行检测；所述采集单元，用于对检测单元检测到的局放信号进行采集，并将其转换成光信号，通过光纤传输至通信终端；所述通信终端，用于将所有采集单元采集的信号上传至信号处理主机。

The invention discloses a power cable partial discharge live detection device and method. Power transmission safety and stability are ensured. The device comprises detection units, collection units, acommunication terminal and a signal processing host. The detection units are used for detecting partial discharge signals in a cable. The collection units are used for collecting the partial discharge signals detected by the detection units, converting the partial discharge signals into optical signals and transmitting the optical signals to the communication terminal through utilization of an optical fiber. The communication terminal is used for uploading the signals collected by all collection units to the signal processing host.
