The invention relates to a boiling bed hydrogenation method, and the boiling bed hydrogenation method comprises the following steps: (a) allowing a mixture of raw oil, a hydrogen supply agent, circulating oil and hydrogen to sequentially pass through boiling bed reactors I and II which are connected in series; (b) switching a catalyst in the I out of the process flow when the activity of the catalyst in the I is significantly reduced, and switching a pipeline to allow the mixture to pass only through the II; (c) discharging the low-activity catalyst in the I for regeneration, and returning theregenerated catalyst back to the I; (d) after the pressure in the I rises, switching the I into the process flow and connecting the I in series with the II after the II to allow the mixture to pass through the II and the I in sequence; (e) switching out a catalyst in the II out of the process flow when the activity of the catalyst in the II is significantly reduced, and switching the pipeline toallow the mixture to pass only through the I; (f) discharging the low-activity catalyst in the II for regeneration, and returning the regenerated catalyst back to the II; (g) after the pressure in theII rises, switching the II into the process flow to allow the mixture to pass through the I and the II in sequence; and (h) repeating the steps from (b) to (g).
