The invention discloses antagonistic microbial inoculant for toxin-producing aspergillus flavus as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of harmful microorganism antagonistic bacterium agents. The antagonistic bacterium agent comprises the following active ingredients: aspergillus flavus PEAS-10 and aspergillus flavus PEASH-12, which do not produce aflatoxin. The aspergillus flavus strain in the antagonistic bacterium agent can rapidly grow and reproduce in the field, and can efficiently inhibit the growth, reproduction and toxin production oftoxin-producing aspergillus flavus, so that peanut diseases can be reduced, and the peanut yield can be obviously increased. The harvested peanuts are low in aflatoxin content and long in peanut storage period. Compared with a single bacterium agent, the microbial inoculant have an excellent treatment effect.
