The invention discloses a high-pressure-resistant compact heat exchanger. The high-pressure-resistant compact heat exchanger comprises a shell, a heat exchange tube blasting device, a heat insulatingdevice, a casting core body, and shell penetrating adapters connected to the two ends of a heat exchange tube. The heat exchange tube blasting device is arranged in the shell. The heat exchange tube is formed by bending a whole high-pressure tube and is of a helical sleeving structure with multiple different bend radiuses. The heat exchange tube penetrates through the shell through the shell penetrating adapter in a sealed manner and then is connected with high-pressure hydrogen inlet and outlet pipelines, and liquid inlet and outlet flanges at the two ends of the shell are connected with cooling liquid inlet and outlet pipelines separately. The problem about high-pressure hydrogen tube pass pressure resistance is effectively solved, and the maximum heat exchange area and heat exchange capacity are achieved in limited space volume; and through the special structure of the shell, the flowing uniformity of cooling liquid is guaranteed, flowing dead zones are avoided, the fluidity is improved through blades at the two ends, and fluid boundary layers are broken through in order to enhance heat dissipation.
